Hollister Presbyterian Church wants to thank you again for providing this grant for CAM.  An article and photo were published in today’s Branson newspaper, here is the link to read it.

From Crane Presbyterian Church, Crane, Missouri

Much has changed in the past year as to how we have normally approached our local mission efforts.  For the Christmas season, the Crane Presbyterian Church decided to focus on offering support for workers displaced by the closing of the Nursing Home in the community.  We applied for and received a grant of $2,500 from John Calvin Presbytery to address needs for food, hygiene supplies, rent and utility assistance.  Congregation members were asked to help match these funds.  Through a VERY generous anonymous donation we achieved that effort and have continued to accept donations.  One of the members of our congregation has helped provide us with names and contacts for those needing help.  Through all of these efforts we were able to provide $1,000 in grocery assistance for five families ($200 each) in addition to rent and utility assistance for two other families.  We are currently in the process of purchasing additional hygiene supplies to be distributed through the Food Pantry and assessing potential Christmas needs through Crane schools.  We thank JCP for making these funds available to assist those in need!

From First Presbyterian Church Rolla Missouri....

Hope Alliance of Missouri received the check from our special offering and matching funds from JCP Emerging Needs COVID Grant.  We are so thankful for the opportunity  to support such a worthy cause.  Thank you to all who support the Backpack Program through your time, energy, and money.  Thank you Hope Alliance for meeting the needs of our children.
